Ouch

So now I know what a migraine is.

I somehow came down with a migraine yesterday afternoon and it ruined the rest of the afternoon. The full affect, the "aura" leading up to it, the pain behind the eye, it was awful. I've never had one before so I was kind of freaked out a bit, not sure exactly what the hell was going on.

Thankfully, laying down in the dark bedroom and a couple of ibuprofen took care of business, but whoa...that hurt. How people somehow deal with them on a chronic basis...
